This whole experience is an invitation for us to uplevel our love.

Love others by washing your hands and your gym equipment and honoring boundaries.

Love yourself by taking care of your body and mind. Sleep, eat lots of nutritious foods, drink lots of water, exercise, meditate, boost your immunity, wash your hands, connect virtually, play.

Control the controllables and free yourself from the stuff you can’t control.

What can you control? Your actions and your mindset.

What is beyond your control? The virus, the media, other people.

Unless you’re a medical professional, being wrapped up in every detail of this virus is not your job. Your job is to love yourself and others and to lean into YOUR gifts.
