The Gift of Rhythms and Rituals
I recently discovered an exercise that my body likes a lot. I told my triathlon coach that it was going to become a daily practice.
And then I laughed. I have A LOT of daily practices.
I start every morning with a glass of warm water with lemon and then I meditate and then I do a series of activation exercises. And every night, before I go to bed, I pick up marbles with my toes. I do these things every single day. I do them when I'm traveling. I do them when I wake up super early. I do them when I stay up way past my bedtime.
Right now, the gift of rhythms and rituals is activated for all of us. This gift is all about having and creating our own unique daily practices. So, what are your daily practices? Or what daily practices do you want to create? Or what daily practices does future you want you to start now?
