Hanna Hermanson is here to talk to us about our zone of genius. She talks about realizing that while she was good at her job as a guidance counselor, it wasn’t what she was MEANT for. Her next job helped her see what she calls the puzzle piece game. She realized that there were people on her team who WANTED to handle spreadsheets. And that maybe they could handle her spreadsheets while she handled the marketing stuff, which she loved and was really good at. She’s applied that concept to her business and it has thrived as a result. We cover a lot of ground here, from delegating to identifying energy leaks. Listen up and take notes if you want!
