Dear Generators,

Hello, sparkly one. You are here to live a life led by your desires.

You were born into this body with the knowledge that you’re here to lift people up. As a child, you were celebrated for pleasing people—for giving away your favorite toy, for setting the table when you wanted to play, for hugging that relative that you didn’t want to hug. You got the message that you made people happy by sacrificing yourself.

There’s a better way.

The universe is constantly bringing you things to respond to—people, ideas, puppies, colors, smells, flavors, and more. As you encounter each of these things, your body responds to them. Naturally, the sounds “uh huh” (yes) and “unh unh” (no) come out of your mouth. Some of those things will light you up so much! You will feel yourself leaning forward. You may even feel joy bubbles flowing throughout your body. This is the feeling of a HOLY HELL YES! And you, my generator friend, are supposed to follow that feeling.

When you do things that light you the F up, your energy becomes super magnetic, juicy, irresistible and sparkly. Everyone around you feels it and it feels delicious. When you are lit up, you light them up. By doing the things that light you up, you elevate the world!

You’re here to elevate humanity—not by sacrificing yourself and your desires, but by following your desires, creating your own energy and letting your sparkle shine.

We NEED you to be lit up. And you do too. When you do things that don’t light you up, you’ll feel drained and blah and no matter how much you try to please the people around you or fulfill your “duty” or “be the responsible one,” you won’t be elevating anyone or anything.

Allow yourself to get lost in the things you love. Don’t compare yourself to your MG friends—we flow a lot faster than all of the other energy types. You’re here to dive deep into your things and to master them.

It’s not your job to figure out what’s next for you. The universe will always bring you the perfect thing at the perfect time. It’s your job to make sure your energy is clear. Take regular inventories of your life. Is everything in it a HOLY HELL YES? Anything that isn’t a HHY (Holy Hell Yes) has gotta go. So, look through your schedule and your closet and be brave enough to release anything that doesn’t make you feel so incredibly electric.

And finally, let’s talk about boundaries. Be gentle and fierce with them. You are ONLY here for things that light you up SO MUCH! This is your permission to say, “no, thank you” to everything else.
