I knew my grandmother passed away (days before I was told!)

My grandmother passed away when I was in college. And I remember that day so clearly. 

I can still picture my teeny tiny dorm room – on the 8th floor of "the tower."

When it happened, I remember a deep inner knowing that she had transitioned.

But no one told me that she had passed.

In fact, my very loving parents waited three days to tell me, because they didn't want to distract me in the middle of exams.

But I KNEW. And that freaked me the F out.

So I did what every 19-year-old does when something freaks her out…

I pushed that uncomfortable sh$% far away into the broom closet. As far as it would go. And I didn't even GLANCE at my intuition, until years later.

After coaching school, I met a whole lot of intuitive coaches, reiki practitioners and tarot card readers.

I loved hanging out with them and extra loved getting readings from them. But I left every session saying, “I already knew that.” And every single one of them said, “Kelsey, that's because you can do this too.”

“Nah,” I would say, and brush it off, but it still landed somewhere deep within me. 

Then when my most intuitive friend said that I (me!) was the most intuitive friend she had, I started to accept it.

That closet door began to open, and I played. And played. And played. Until I really truly accepted that, you know what?

Fast forward to five years ago, when I was first learning Human Design. I learned that my sun personality gift is gate 57. I laughed out loud because do you know what gate that is?

🌈 Gate 57 is the gate of the psychic. It's the most intuitive gift in any Human Design blueprint. And it's the gift that makes up 70% of who I am.

My ability to understand a situation comes from somewhere that consciousness is not needed. And I am owning it. And living the full life I am here for.
