You are so freaking sparkly and it feels so good to be around you when you are lit up.

And that’s why you’re here: to be sparklyAF.

When you do something you love, you create energy. When you follow your desires, your sparkle is irresistible to the rest of us.

You’re here to elevate humanity—not by sacrificing yourself and your desires, but by following your desires, creating your own energy and letting your sparkle shine.

We NEED you to be lit up. And you do too. When you do things that don’t light you up, you’ll feel drained and blah and no matter how much you try to please the people around you or fulfill your “duty” or “be the responsible one,” you won’t be lifting anyone.

It isn’t your job to figure out how to use your gifts or how to elevate the world. The universe is constantly showing you things. It’s your job to live in your body and allow your sacral to respond to those things. If it’s a “yes,” go after it. If it’s a “no,” clear it out of your energy so more yeses can come in.
