This is why we train.

I spend a lot of my time training for triathlons. I swim, bike, run and strength train to get healthier, stronger, fitter and faster.

I also train for life. And I help my clients do the same.

We swim/bike/run/walk/hike/row to increase our endurance so we can play all day.

We strength train so we can move furniture, pick up 80-pound puppies, dig holes and plant trees. 

We train in Human Design so we can own our unique gifts, discover our most powerful ways of moving through life, parent our children in a way that celebrates their uniqueness, make decisions with clarity and love and support our people with deep understanding and compassion. 

We train in mental agility so we can get right back up when we fall off the alignment balance beam, lead ourselves from a place of empowerment, love and grace and remember that we get to to play in the penthouse even when everyone around us is hanging out in the lobby.

We train in performance so we can create the life we want to live, be the person we want to be and finally do the damn thing.

We're here to feel good. We're here to follow joy. We have this gift of a physical body….and we want to be able to ENJOY everything life has to offer inside of it.
