happily ever after
I loooove this time of year! My tree is up, lights are twinkling outside, and cheesy Christmas movies are playing nonstop. And I LOVE Christmas movies.
Give me all the cheese. Give me all the city girl in small town vibes. Give me all the flannel.
I, of course, get cozy on the couch with my puppy and my husband. I then watch the magic unfold as love starts to bloom.
But like every Christmas movie, there's always a conflict to get through before you get to the cute happy ending.
There's a big fight about something that really doesn't seem like a big deal.
The entire family left for a trip and forgot one of the kids (Kevin) back at home.
The main love interest never told the city girl he was a prince…..until she found out from someone else.
You know the deal. Which is why I love watching them in my own unique way.
I fast forward through those conflict-ey parts to get to the magical ending where everyone lives happily ever after.
Fun, right?? And guess what?!?
You can do this for more than just movies, you know that? You can do this your life too, Kelsey.
Take the universal remote control to your life, work through the tough stuff, press the fast forward button and get to the good part.
That fast forward button might mean quitting the shit that's holding you back or taking responsibility for creating your most joyful, abundant and magical life (or both!).
Permission to hit that button and get yourself to your happily ever after as fast as possible.
