Look for the Good Stuff

Right now, Gate 44 is activated for all of us. This gives us the gift of noticing trends and patterns AND creating miracles. When we aren't making miracles, however, this gate can also trigger a fear of the past repeating itself. This combined with Election Day here in the US and all things 2020 is making for some intense energy right now.

Please remember: Everything can change FOR THE BETTER in an instant.

We often talk about everything changing for the worse in an instant. You could get hit by a bus or a million other horrific things. OR you could receive a surprise financial windfall or meet the love of your life or go from not being able to walk to walking. In an instant.

And please remember: Joy is always available to every one of us.

I'm not talking about spiritual bypassing or sugarcoating or ignoring the pain. We don't live in a binary world. Joy can coexist with all the feelings. Sometimes our bodies may be overflowing with joy. Other times, joy and sadness may snuggle up together in our hearts. Everything is possible.

Own your joy.

We live in a world with flowers and dogs and bikes and laughter and hawks and fall leaves and snow (a.k.a. glitter falling from the sky). Dance-inducing tunes are just a click away. Puppy videos are available to everyone with an internet connection. There are businesses in the world doing so much good (here's a whole podcast episode about some of them). Triggers for joy are literally everywhere.

Your joy is sacred.
