May You Remember That Your Energy is Sacred

Seventy-one percent of the humans on this planet have open crown centers. If you are one of those humans, the messaging this time of year can feel especially intense. The internet is screaming with messages like "buy now," "last chance" and "get it before it's gone." Not only is this scarcity messaging icky, it's not for you. Your open crown feels and amplifies mental pressure and mental pressure is not for you. The "shoulds" are not for you.

So get out of your head and come into your body. Breathe. Drop into your belly. Ground down into your feet. Come home to your energy. We live in an abundant universe.
