we are experiencing a pandemic of lack of self love

I've never done this before.

Sometimes words come through me. I share the messages in one-on-one interactions with clients and friends, but I've never shared them publicly.

This one is different. It feels way bigger than me.

So, here I go, metaphorically closing my eyes while I jump because you've gotta risk it if you want the biscuit. (The biscuit, in this case, is raising the consciousness of the planet and spreading love and light all over the place.)

We are experiencing a pandemic of lack of self love. We are being called to love our unique souls and the glorious vessels that we chose to inhabit. We can't truly love others until we truly love ourselves. We can't see the light and beauty in others until we see the light and beauty in ourselves.

We've been trained to put others before ourselves--that that's how we love. But it's not. We're here to learn to love ourselves first and to love others from that place of true self love. We are here to fill ourselves up fully and give to others from the overflow.
