We ride together and we rise together.

I do most of my triathlon training on my own, staying in my own lane.

Having this solo time helps me be 100% present in my body, feeling my breathing, my heart rate, my muscles and my sweat.

But when I get to train with friends on Sundays, it is straight. We ride together and we rise together. Things get a little spicy on our group rides as we inspire each other to be better and better.

There's a perfection in this training balance: the perfect amount of time putting in the work with my coach and the perfect amount of time riding and rising with my crew.

That's why I've created something similar for my private clients. They get a balance of 1-on-1 time with me and time to celebrate and rise with the squad.

Personal growth journeys can feel lonely. After all, you have to be brave enough to shed the conditioning that's been keeping you from living in true alignment with your completely unique soul blueprint.

The shedding and alignment happens in our 1-on-1 sessions. And then, the inspiration, the rising and the sharing in the loving support of a soul squad happens in the group space.

This is the Find Your Awesome model. Together we rise.

The soul's I've attracted into my coaching are meant to be here with each otherโ€ฆ

Here's what my clients are saying lately:

You don't have to do any of this work alone. When you say "holy hell yes!!!" to working with me, you get a partner and a squad. We've got you!

I love you.

Love,
Kelsey

P.S. I returned to the Courageous Wellness podcast! In this episode, we went even deeper into human design talking all about authority types, living out of alignment, emotions, human design centers, and more. We also talk about the paradigm shift that will be happening in 2027.

Listen to it here!
