Kyle Moss is a Joyful Mindset Coach, a breathwork facilitator and self-proclaimed Purveyor of Joy. She also has an upcoming book, Awaken Your Joy, which launches in late August. In this conversation (Kyle’s second time on the show), we talk about breathing and how it can help uncover things that we have managed to cover up over the years. She talks about her history of breathing challenges as a kid and how that has informed her awareness of the importance of breathing.
