“It’s easy to know things; not as easy to do them or put them into action.”
- Brooke Kover

Brooke Kover is a compassionate creative whose purpose is to guide people to their deepest foundational truths so that they can live their most authentic lives. Founder of Wildfire Love, Brooke believes that nothing is more important than the relationship you have with yourself. Her own journey into clarity and awareness has driven her into the arms of people-pleasing, doubt, and overwhelming fear. Adventuring into the deepest parts of self and truly discovering who you are is pivotal to creating a life of authenticity, truth and alignment. To overcome, you must go through.

“‘Let me feel into it, and I’ll get back to you by the end of the week.’”
- Brooke Kover

This is the fifth episode in our series of conversations with people who are leaning into their Human Design Experiment. Brooke Kover is a Reflector who embodies the truth that everything is constantly changing—every moment is a new moment. We discuss the challenges of dealing with how the world expects and demands consistency and how she is learning to be ok with not knowing the answer to “who are you.”

“Expectations always—for the most part—lead me to disappointment, unalignment.”
- Brooke Kover

“Letting life lead you instead of trying to lead it.”
- Brooke Kover

“Our body knows. Our soul knows. Can we just pay attention.”
- Brooke Kover
