How to Get Started
In this week’s episode, Danielle and I talk about how to get started, particularly when it comes to exercise. The secret: Use your unique Human Design and get comfortable being uncomfortable.
It’s about developing a practice around knowing that it will feel good once you’re doing it, and that once you’ve done the first three steps of the run, then you’re going and it gets easier. Know that no one doing exercise at a challenging level is comfortable—even Olympians and elite athletes are uncomfortable when they are training and racing. If you’re feeling resistance around anything, this one’s for you.
