has your energy been a bit unusual lately?
The energy has been a bit unusual lately. There's a softness to it, like we're all surrounded by puffy white clouds. We've been called to turn inward, to embrace simplicity and to create quietly. I have a feeling we're getting ready for a big surge of sparkly energy. But first, we're invited to be with ourselves, to move forward slowly one step at a time and to create with simplicity and softness.
Here's what I've been up to:
CREATING: The options to work with me in a sacred one-on-one relationship are expanding: Light Leader Amplification helps Business Owners and Movement-Makers amplify their impact with ease. Wisdom Training teaches you how to listen to your inner wisdom, how to trust it and how to allow it to guide you. And The Mentorship is your ticket into full alignment with your highest self in all the physical, spiritual, mental, emotional and interpersonal ways. (Of course, Human Design Readings are still an option as well.)
And then there are some golden episodes of The Find Your Awesome Podcast: Talking to Animals with Emma Jensen, The Energy of July with Amy White and Reflections of a Reflector with Chelsea Riffe.
LISTENING: Bewildered with Martha Beck and Rowan Mangan, Just Follow Joy with Ariana Joy, and TheRich Roll Podcast. And I've had the song "Shotgun" by George Ezra stuck in my head all day today.
READING: I recently re-read The Rules of Ten series by Gay Hendricks and Tinker Lindsay and The Dalai Lama's Cat series by David Michie. And I loved Set Boundaries Find Peace by Nedra Glover Tawwab. Oh, and for a shorter read, InStyle Magazine's Badass 50 is amazing.
ADVENTURING: Pete and I just spent a week in the camper, embracing simplicity, playing in the waves and exploring parts of Florida. You can hear all about it in this week's episode of The Find Your Awesome Podcast (airing Thursday).
WATCHING: Nothing. We don't have a tv in the camper and it felt so good not to get sucked into another Netflix series that we haven't turned the tv on since we've been back. Instead of watching Netflix, we ask each other trivia questions.
MOVING: The usual swim, bike, run and strength. Plus, Pete and I have been going for a walk in nature every evening. It's become a non-negotiable. (We're both built for consistency.)
EATING: Golden granola, chickpea-peanut-butter-chocolate-chip cookies, lentil loaf, and tofu pot pie (that isn't a pot pie at all)
REMEMBERING: To be patient and to enjoy the process of taking one step at a time.
What have you been up to during this funny little energy cloud?
I love you.
Love,
Kelsey
