manifesting generators: permission to bounce

I recently changed my email address.

In transitioning out of the old email account, I sifted through emails from as far back as 2014. I saw emails from former confidence coaching clients, from athletes I coached, and about big projects that totally lit me up at the time. All of these things feel like they were from lifetimes ago--because, in MG years, they were.

MGs (more formally known as Manifesting Generators) are very bouncy beings. We flow faster than other energy types. We tend to have multiple interests at the same time. And bouncing from thing to thing to thing is one of our super powers.

While the world tells us to go from A to B to C to D, MGs go from A to 47 to hippopotamus to blue and we do it with so much joy.

Let's take a peek at a snippet of a real life MG journey (my own):

✨Studying dolphin cognition and health in Hawaii

✨Working as a naturalist, teacher and veterinary assistant (while working in a restaurant on the side)

✨Studying coral reef ecology in Barbados

✨Earning my Masters in Marine Biology (studying killer whales)

✨Working for the Office of Protected Resources (while coaching swimming on the side)

✨Science writing for a bunch of outlets including Mauka to Makai (while coaching swimming, teaching group fitness, coaching triathletes, personal training and writing a food blog on the side)

✨Becoming a Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner and Certified Performance Coach

✨Starting The Find Your Awesome Podcast

✨Becoming a Human Design Reader

✨And now helping people remember who they are through Human Design, transformational coaching and mindfulness (while teaching core strength classes and training for and competing in triathlon)

It all makes sense--to me.

I talked about my bouncy MG path (and taste digestion, okra and dropping into the wisdom of your body) on the Just Follow Joy Podcast. Listen on Spotify or Apple Podcasts. (I'm weirdly breathy at the beginning. Stick with it. I remember how to breathe after recounting my MG path.)

I love you.

Remember: There is no one else like you. You are here to own and share your unique gifts with the world.

Love,
Kelsey

P.S. Speaking of breathing, Kyle Moss came back on The Find Your Awesome Podcast to talk about how our breath can help us be present and release trauma. Listen on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.

P.P.S. I recently talked about Human Design with Michelle (a 2/4 Projector) on My Simplified Life. You can read the transcript here or listen to the episode here.
