So Much Gold
I'm really excited about three things right now, and I'm frantically trying to make my fingers keep up with my mind so I can share them all with you right this second. It's not working. My fingers are slow.
I'm pausing. Breathing. Grounding myself.
And now I shall attempt to share these things in an orderly(ish) fashion:
1. If the first number of your Human Design profile is smaller than the second number (e.g. 2/4, 3/5 and 4/6), you heal others by healing yourself. If the first number of your Human Design profile is bigger than the second number (e.g. 5/1, 6/2, 5/2), you heal yourself by healing others.
Here's what that means: If your first number is bigger, get out in the world and help others. By helping a friend move, volunteering in a soup kitchen or raising money for a therapy fund, you will heal yourself.
If your first number is smaller, go ahead and help people (please be a good human!), but know that doing so won't heal you. If you find yourself tempted to shout from the roof tops (or social media) about how other people should heal themselves, check yourself and shift your focus to you. How can you heal yourself? Perhaps you need to sit in silence. Maybe you need to ride your bike.
Make sense?
[If you don't know your Human Design profile, go here and I'll get your chart to you in 24 hours.]
2. I recently met a super magical human named Nicole DeBoom. She's a former professional triathlete, an Olympic trials swimmer, the founder of Skirt Sports, the host of Run this World with Nicole DeBoom and the author of my favorite chili recipe. (Apparently her mom created the chili recipe, but I don't know Nicole's mom so I'm giving all the credit to Nicole.) Nicole's energy is grounded and electric. She's playful and wise, and her essence feels gleeful. We had so much fun talking together and our conversation is now live on her podcast.

And here.
And on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher and anywhere else you want to listen to podcasts.
3. I retired from social media in May. Almost 6 months later, I am loving my social media-free life. A lot of people have been asking me how I did it and how I am running my business without social media. Soooo, let's talk. I'm putting together a small group conversation to talk about my experience and help you find your own way to freedom. If you're interested in joining us, PLEASE REPLY TO THIS EMAIL to let me know.
All is well.
All is love.
Love is all.
I love you.
Love,
Kelsey
