Human Design Profiles: How to support each other

Human Design has so many levels to explore—energy types, arrows, profiles, energy centers, gates, channels and more. Our profiles (the two numbers like 2/4, 3/5 or 4/6) are the Human Design equivalent of personalities. In this episode, I pull out a couple characteristics of some of the profiles and talk about how we can really truly support people with those profiles. We are all different. What supports one person may drive another person crazy and what drives one person crazy may make another person feel so supported. Human Design gives us the tools to see and celebrate the uniqueness of each being so that we can support each other and rise together.
