But that’s the point of it all. Without the messiness and the challenge, we wouldn’t have this incredible opportunity to transform! We start this episode with Amy graciously channeling for my current situation as I battle feeling less than 100%. Then we dig into the energy for November, which is all about giving ourselves some grace and space. Many of us are learning to release our expectations and our holding-on to the things that we thought would be. And that process is only going to speed up through the end of the year!
