I saw Santa!

…and it made my year. Here's what happened.

It's early May. I'm riding my bike in warm and sunny Florida, coming up to the top of a bridge when what to my wondering eyes appears?

Santa. On a mountain bike. No reindeer or sleigh in sight.

He's got a big bushy white beard (as expected) and he's wearing a bright red t-shirt with bright red shorts held up by candy cane suspenders with flashing red and green lights.

I was secretly hoping he would respond with, “ho ho ho” when I said good morning to him but he just said, "good morning" and flashed a sparkly smile.

I LOVE Santa! In fact, one of my favorite episodes of The Find Your Awesome Podcast was with Santa. You can listen to it here.

To me, Santa represents love, joy, magic, and miracles. He helps us remember who we are. He helps us remember that we live in a loving, supportive universe. He helps us remember that miracles are all around us. He helps us remember that each and every one of us is a miracle.

You don't have to see Santa on a mountain bike in May in Florida to remember all of this. Your soul already knows these things. You just need to relax into the remembering.

You are a miracle.

I love you.

P.S. Every Thursday, a new episode is released on my podcast. Send me an email letting me know what topics YOU would like to hear on upcoming episodes ✨ The Find Your Awesome Podcast
