As you may know, I LOVE BIKES! I love riding my bike alone. I love riding my bike with friends. I love watching other people ride bikes. Yay, bikes!
do you have an “upper limit problem?”
A couple of months ago, my triathlon training was going really well! In fact…it was going SO well, that I was starting to feel like it might be possible to make the podium at Draft Legal Triathlon Nationals.
I could feel a great race in me. I felt excited. I could feel the manifestation.
And then, when I returned from a run…..my foot started hurting.
It started hurting more and more and more.
So much so, that I couldn't put any weight on it.
On an energetic level, I knew exactly what was happening…
I'd hit an upper limit.

Back in 2017, I was about to compete in triathlon nationals. I was sick in bed the day before the race, and I woke up still feeling like crap on the day of the race.
I told my husband that I thought I shouldn’t race, and he gave me the most simple (yet amazing!) response I could have gotten…
He replied:
